Public invited to find out more about Our Health Our Care plans

Our Health Our Care (OHOC) is a partnership of NHS organisations, local councils, community groups and patients; working together across the whole health system to improve the health and wellbeing of people in central Lancashire.

Working with senior clinicians from health and social care and supported by the public, the programme is currently developing ideas of what hospital services where you live may look like in the future.

Members of the public are invited to join the OHOC at several locations across Chorley, South Ribble and the Greater Preston area to find out more about plans that are in place. Event locations are as follows:

  • 10 July 2018, 6pm - 8pm: Leyland Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, PR25 1DH
  • 11 July 2018, 6pm - 8pm: Preston Grasshoppers RFC, Lightfoot Green Lane, Preston, PR4 0AP
  • 12 July 2018, 6pm - 8pm: Chorley Town Hall, Market Street, Chorley, PR7 1DP

Public involvement has proven to be a valuable tool and conversations around transforming the health care landscape in the area and will continue to be as the OHOC partnership continues to move forward.

Members of the public are asked to confirm their attendance. To do this, please confirm which event you would like to attend by emailing ohoc.enquiries@nhs.net or by calling 01772 214323.
